Lead carpenter/foreman of renovation of old mansion in Mt. Airy.
Evidently 10,000 sf! Renovated the entire place, top to bottom. Built
new eighty odd sashes from Accoya wood and renovated the rest for a
return to the leaded glass. Lead 5 (I think..) zone AC/heating
installed, 4 bathrooms, one kitchen and multiple woodworking projects.
Patching it all back together, better than new! Here's a little rundown
of the window side of things:Loading in the Accoya. 7/4" x 10" x 16'
Setting up shop.
A parts, B parts...
sanding, puttying, bondo, special window epoxy, you know the usual...
For the third floor I made the windows prehung to ease installation...
Very many drills and drill bits and accroutements...
Some curved, arched double casement windows in the 'greenhouse' room.
These three were center pivot windows. Tight specs here!
Finished windows installed!
