Rear Shed, adding wonderful living room space..

After and before... This shed was on it's last legs. We added some extra large windows to increase the light, renovated the 1/2 bath, insulated, drywalled, tiled, and dressed up the ceiling with paneling and faux beams. Just in time for the 4th of July.

Panel and moulding repair at Mt Airy mansion:

We demo'd out a window seat to make more floor space and I used some old larger panels to make some the right size. Plus some salvaged plinths and baseboard and we're in business.

We got an award from the Preservation Alliance for the Pelham job!!! Yay!

Huge Mansion in Mount Airy, Window renovation:

Lead carpenter/foreman of renovation of old mansion in Mt. Airy. Evidently 10,000 sf! Renovated the entire place, top to bottom. Built new eighty odd sashes from Accoya wood and renovated the rest for a return to the leaded glass. Lead 5 (I think..) zone AC/heating installed, 4 bathrooms, one kitchen and multiple woodworking projects. Patching it all back together, better than new! Here's a little rundown of the window side of things: Loading in the Accoya. 7/4" x 10" x 16' Setting up shop. A parts, B parts... omg, the bureaucracy! lotsa numbers... sanding, puttying, bondo, special window epoxy, you know the usual... For the third floor I made the windows prehung to ease installation... Very many drills and drill bits and accroutements... Some curved, arched double casement windows in the 'greenhouse' room. These three were center pivot windows. Tight specs here! Finished windows installed!
